LOUNGE: Lounge is the foundation of our brand. We are proud of our reputation as a leader in this category. With 30 years of experience, we believe our capabilities put us in a unique position to create environments that promote informal interaction in a comfortable atmosphere.
DESIGN HERITAGE: In 1973, Paul Brayton introduced contemporary European designs handcrafted in the United States by Brayton craftsmen. With 40+ design awards, we pride ourselves on providing beautifully-crafted original furniture designs from our internal Studio B along with internationally-recognized designers.
ENVIRONMENT: From the products we build, to the building we produce them in, we always consider our impact on the environment. We do not use any wood source from rain forests. All Brayton stains, sealers and lacquers are formulated with low hazardous air pollutants. Solid wastes are processed in an incinerator that provides heat for curing concrete products, and liquid wastes are processed in a solvent recovery program. When you select Brayton you can feel confident you are making the right choice for your client and the environment.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: A strong emphasis on customer care and field sales support sets us apart from our competition. Combining in-depth training with a passion for helping our customers has helped us to continually receive excellent rankings in customer satisfaction surveys. With over 50 years of combined experience, our Project Manager team personally handles all mid to large project-size orders for our customers. Our teams are divided geographically to create on-going personal relationships and strong account management. We believe our customers should expect and receive an actual person, not an automated receptionist, when contacting our team.
HANDCRAFT: Our products engender a dignified sense of hand craftsmanship from the frame's interior construction to the detailed stitching and upholstery of textiles. Our sewing team, execute beautiful top stitching and flawless double welting which are hallmarks of a Brayton product. Our cutters combine the art of handcutting with precision computerized cutting where appropriate, to bring you the highest quality products.
NIMBLE: We strive to be the most customer responsive design leader in our industry. We maintain strong customer relationships by listening to your needs and responding quickly with well-designed products and services. A dedicated Specials team reviews and implements feasible special requests whether it's a modification of an existing product or a totally new one.
