Our Brayton corporate offices have been arranged into four types of settings: Innovation, Work Process, Communication, and Learning.
The Innovation Pattern is a collection of settings designed to help users understand the past, present, and future of the organization, to encourage brainstorming, and to help people convert ideas into reality. It's about stimulating the creation of a shared mind to build trust and increase innovation.
The Work Process Pattern helps visitors orient themselves and prepare for activities, support project teamwork, and have the capability to make presentations to a variety of audiences. It's about improving, sharing, and delivering information.
Communication Settings facilitate communication with audiences in the same room or audiences around the globe. Technology plays a large role in these areas.
The Learning Pattern takes place in the settings where physical and virtual resources and presentation materials are easily accessible. These spaces may be formal or casual, large or small.
