Welcome to the Brayton International Order Status Lookup. The information provided regarding your order will give the most current information regarding projected ship dates, status of any shipments, links to allow order tracking of shipments, and links to allow you to contact our Customer Service Team with any questions regarding your order. To view order status you must enter your Brayton Customer Number and your Purchase Order Number. The Purchase Order Number should be entered exactly as it appears on your purchase order.
Orders in stopped or pending status will not provide a ship date. Stopped status is held until outstanding issues are resolved. Pending status is held until the order has been within the Brayton system for greater than 48 hours.

Acknowledged ship dates are estimates only and may be updated as production status changes.
